Owner mindset, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment KFC VILLA ROMANA SHIFT COORDINATOR What You’ll Do Here: Coordinate restaurant operations during your assigned shift; Lead, engage, and develop the store team; Actively support operational activities—rolling up your sleeves alongside the team; Perform financial control: cash closing, report analysis, and bank reconciliation; Ensure daily operations: store opening and/or closing, sales monitoring, goal management, and team meetings; Serve as a role model for attitude, service excellence, and commitment to results. Strong communication skills and interpersonal ease; Proactivity and problem-solving attitude; Owner mindset, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment; Willingness to learn and grow with the company. What We’re Looking For: Completed High School education; Flexible availability (morning and afternoon shifts); Prior leadership experience required; Prior fast-food industry experience required.
