We are seeking a professional to join our team as VIRTUAL GATEWAY TECHNICAL SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES Contact customers and installation technicians to schedule tracker installations. Support installation technicians in scheduling maintenance services and tracker removals. Assist users in operating the tracking system, simplifying their user journey. Deliver proactive and reactive customer support, effectively routing inquiries to the appropriate internal departments. Perform other tasks according to Work Instructions (WI). **DESIRED COMPETENCIES:** Prior experience in customer service or administration is a plus; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively; Proactivity and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks; **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Completed high school education; Proficiency in internet usage, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and communication; **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 11:30 and from 13:30 to 18:00; Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00 **LOCATION:** NOSSA SENHORA DO ROSÁRIO / SÃO JOSÉ **COMPENSATION:** R$ 2\.607,40 **BENEFITS:** Meal allowance of R$ 40.00 per day, with a 20% deduction Transportation voucher (6% deduction); 7% attendance bonus (no absences) After the 90-day probationary period, you may access partnerships with educational institutions, health insurance, and dental plans.
