




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to lead training initiatives, manage teams, and coordinate customer service—with a focus on results. Key Highlights: 1. Position for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) We are thrilled to welcome a Technical Support Coordinator to join our team! **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** Conduct team training sessions to ensure proficiency in internal tools and procedures; Provide feedback and develop individual employee development plans; Adjust employee time records monthly, documenting incidents and resolutions; Prepare, monitor, and present monthly departmental metrics to senior management, aligned with company strategy; Generate performance reports and dashboards for the department using spreadsheets; Participate in cross-departmental meetings to review results, define action plans, launch new projects, manage budgets, and assess resource needs; Manage departmental resources and supervise inventory replenishment, initiating procurement when required; Guide the Procurement Department on material specifications and help develop new suppliers; Coordinate customer service and oversee resolution of technical support requests (head office and branches); Identify needs for purchasing parts, tools, and services, and process payments in the system; Manage the schedule for external visits; Create internal and customer-facing promotional materials for digital platforms; Coordinate the internal technical team to ensure alignment with defined scope; Develop technical training materials (handbooks, manuals, and supporting content); **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: REQUIREMENTS:** Technical education in a relevant field; Knowledge of Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Microsoft Office, Computer Networks, Data Analysis, Security Industry, Technology and/or Energy; Metrics Analysis and Composition. **YOUR DAILY SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM. **OUR LOCATION:** Estreito | Florianópolis **SALARY:** R$ Competitive with the role **BENEFITS:** **Salary:** FIXED **Meal Allowance:** R$ 15.00 per day (with 20% employee contribution).
