The candidate will play a critical role in building robust, scalable, and high-performance systems—working from solution design through final delivery while ensuring efficient connectivity and communication among our various services and platforms. The candidate will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, with emphasis on the following areas: * **Backend Development:** Design, develop, and maintain services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using modern languages and frameworks (primarily Node.js and Python). * **System Integration:** Build and manage complex integrations with internal and external systems (via APIs, webhooks, etc.), ensuring reliability and data flow. * **Database Management:** Model, optimize, and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL), ensuring performance and data integrity. * **Quality and Performance:** Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Ensure technical documentation and optimize code for maximum speed and scalability. * **Frontend Development:** Develop user interfaces (UIs) using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular), ensuring efficient communication with the Backend. * **Collaboration and Processes:** Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), code reviews, and propose continuous improvements to development and deployment (CI/CD) processes. Requirements: Education * Bachelor's degree * Technical education Technical Skills * Backend application development and RESTful API construction — Intermediate * Proficiency in modern Backend languages (Node.js or Python) — Intermediate * SQL databases, query modeling and optimization — Intermediate * System integrations and synchronous/asynchronous communication patterns (queues, messaging, webhooks) — Intermediate * Ability to diagnose and resolve complex production issues — Intermediate * Basic understanding of UX best practices for digital products — Basic * Git and version control platforms (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) — Intermediate Compensation: R$3.000,00 — R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher Work location: On-site
