Eneva in **Santo Antônio dos Lopes - MA (UTE Parnaíba)** wants you on the team! #JoinEneva If you want to work as a **Mid-Level Quality Management Analyst**, we have a new challenge for you: **Mission:** Responsible for defining and monitoring the annual plan of activities related to the quality management system, defining existing procedures in all areas, monitoring internal audit programs related to quality, suggesting corrective actions in cases of deviations from procedures, disseminating the company's quality policy, proposing solutions and implementing corrective actions, monitoring procedures and methods of execution for each task. **Main responsibilities:** * Support and organize departmental demands and routines, providing assistance to various plant areas; * Complete reports, documents, spreadsheets, charts, tables related to plant activities; Work across all plant areas, disseminating, training, and verifying the correct application of quality tools and processes; * Ensure customer satisfaction through implementation and maintenance of quality processes; * Perform control and distribution of procedures, understanding processes and critical activities; * Stay updated on current market standards; * Monitor and track implementation of quality processes, evaluating execution systematization, quality of application, level of dissemination, and results achieved after implementation; * Support critical analysis of quality process implementation, identifying opportunities and actions that ensure continuous usage; * Develop the annual plan of activities related to the quality management system; * Structure, implement, and execute internal and external audit programs for systems and procedures related to quality; * Support the definition and implementation of a corrective action system in cases of procedural deviations or when a need to modify a procedure is identified; * Disseminate the integrated policy by preparing and distributing materials on the subject, aiming to raise awareness and engage all company areas regarding the management system; * Identify deficiencies in processes, systems, and tasks, promoting awareness among directly involved individuals and departments, aiming to engage them in finding solutions and implementing corrective actions; * Identify legal requirements applicable to the plant and its operations through a specific system, performing follow-up and action plans for compliance of each item with responsible managers from each area; * Analyze procedures and methods of execution for each task, preparing checklists based on certification standards recommendations and other applicable regulations; * Support departments in controlling goals and indicators; * Lead plant management meetings; * Gather plant events (plant schedule) and coordinate so that all occur according to planning; * Perform your activities in accordance with company rules, safety, health, hygiene, and occupational safety regulations; * Carry out other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the business environment; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace; * Comply with company institutional rules and regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields * Knowledge of certification standards * Advanced Office suite skills * Desired: Basic English and good technical English comprehension * Ability to work in teams * Ability to interact easily with different organizational levels **Work Location**: Santo Antônio dos Lopes - MA (UTE Parnaíba) **Working Hours**: Administrative **Learn more about us by visiting our website:** www.eneva.com.br.**Eneva is a serious company committed to transparency in its selection processes and does not request any kind of payment during the selection process.****Join our team!
