Continuously improving best cleaning practices The Junior Cleaning Assistant is responsible for supporting cleaning and organizing of environments, following procedures and safety standards. This professional works under supervision, contributing to maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of facilities. * Clean floors, walls, glass, furniture, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning products and equipment. * Collect and dispose of waste correctly, following guidelines for separation and sustainable disposal. * Assist in restocking hygiene and cleaning supplies, ensuring environments remain well-stocked and organized. * Clean bathrooms and changing rooms, ensuring proper sanitation and replenishment of necessary supplies. * Help organize cleaning supply inventories, maintaining inventory control and requesting restocks when needed. * Follow workplace safety and hygiene standards, using appropriate PPE and safeguarding one's own physical integrity and that of colleagues. * Report to the immediate supervisor any need for equipment or facility maintenance to ensure proper functionality. * Participate in training and capacity-building sessions related to best practices in cleaning and hygiene, seeking to enhance knowledge and skills. * Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding information and situations observed during task execution, respecting the privacy of facility users.
