




Job Summary: Psychology or Business Administration professional to work on performance management, developing and implementing evaluations, training programs, and supporting strategic decision-making. Development of training programs and supporting materials Description: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology; Business Administration; or related fields * Prior experience in Performance Evaluation/Management and knowledge of IDPs * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Knowledge of Power BI is desirable Willingness to relocate to Itaberaí \- GO * * Ensure system access availability and accuracy for the performance evaluation system. * Produce technical content on evaluation cycles, feedback, and IDPs for internal communication. * Analyze evaluation results, implement adjustments, and support managers in decision-making. * Facilitate performance review and calibration meetings with managers. * Assess performance and potential using the Nine-Box Matrix. * Conduct internal surveys and structure indicators to support decision-making. * Develop and deliver training programs and supporting materials aligned with organizational culture. * Advise managers on competency-based management. * Map job goals, KPIs, competencies, and responsibilities. * Maintain up-to-date the Performance Management System database. * Develop action plans for Soft and Hard Skills gaps and monitor IDPs. * Generate reports and dashboards with strategic indicators. * Ensure compliance with regulations, legislation, and support management in area-related demands. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. 2512100202181434559
