Financial Statement Analysis: Technical ability to interpret and consolidate Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements. Basic Tax and Fiscal Knowledge, Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and Pivot Tables, **Behavioral Competencies:** Leadership and People Management, Strategic Vision, Assertive and Kind Communication, Ethics and Commitment to Integrity, Organization and Deadline Management. **Educational Requirements** Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or Economics. **Preferred Qualification:** Postgraduate degree or specialization in Finance.
