Join us in transforming the world sustainably and innovatively! **#JoinSSA** **#SSA – Feeding Lives and Building Dreams** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the team and processes to ensure bird health, zootechnical performance, and adherence to deadlines. * Monitor bird housing to ensure compliance with operational procedures and biosecurity standards, guaranteeing final product quality. * Calculate feed receipt to ensure timely supply to poultry houses according to schedule. * Control the birds’ environment to maintain animal welfare. * Inspect equipment condition and request maintenance to ensure proper operation of facilities. * Supervise completion of records and forms to ensure process accuracy. * Collect samples to make them available for laboratory analysis. * Control entry and exit of personnel and materials into facilities to comply with biosecurity standards. * Weigh birds according to standard operating procedure to obtain standard weight. * Support pest control activities to prevent proliferation within the facility and contamination of breeders. * Request materials and PPE to ensure availability for employees. * Select birds according to technical guidance to achieve optimal zootechnical results. * Identify and propose continuous improvement in processes, management models, and projects to strengthen the company. * Promote knowledge dissemination and documentation. * Lead team members to foster a safe environment and maintain organizational climate. * Contribute to developing work plans and management reports per established standards.
