Job Summary: Lead operational services, supporting the team to ensure proper execution of activities and respond to incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise operational services and support the team. 2. Ensure proper execution of activities and prevent stoppages. 3. Monitor the use of PPE and uniforms for safety. Lead the unit's operational services, providing appropriate support to the entire operations team to ensure proper execution of activities, prevent stoppages, and respond promptly to potential incidents. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the unit's operational services, providing appropriate support to the entire operations team to ensure proper execution of activities, prevent stoppages, and respond promptly to potential incidents; * Verify route reports and cargo manifests to ensure information accuracy; * Conduct driving tests with drivers to verify their fitness to operate trucks; * Send manifests to customers for subsequent billing; * Develop sector routing plans to optimize operations; * Release fleet vehicles, print shift schedules, and verify reports with drivers; * Monitor employees' use of PPE and uniforms to ensure safety in accordance with internal policies, regulations, and occupational health and safety legislation; * Track employee absences and report cases to the responsible department; * Attend meetings with other supervisors, team leads, management, and occupational health and safety personnel to stay updated on operational performance indicators and new company procedures; * Assess whether trucks and cars are fit for use, clean, and properly sanitized; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields) Experience: Preferred * ### **Ready to renew the world?** **Hello, nice to meet you!** We are part of Veolia Group, a global leader and reference in environmental solutions.
