Our goal is to train professionals who are well-prepared, engaged, and aligned with our culture, creating real opportunities for growth and permanent employment. **Responsibilities and duties** * Support the field supervisor in executing area activities and processes. * Perform technical tasks related to your field of study under direct supervision. * Carry out various auxiliary tasks, such as assisting with document control, formatting reports and presentations, or providing first-level in-person or remote support, for example. * Submit mandatory documents—such as the activity plan and execution reports—to the academic supervisor. * Conduct studies, analyses, and reports related to your field of study under direct supervision. * Present ideas and innovations applicable to the internship supervisor, linking specialized literature and academic/scientific knowledge with the company’s actual context and needs. * Develop technical and behavioral competencies according to the curriculum matrix of your field of study. * Attend meetings, lectures, workshops, and other events as directed by the field supervisor for learning purposes. * Assist in executing area projects and programs according to your field of study and demonstrated competencies. **Requirements and qualifications** * Be regularly enrolled in an undergraduate or Technologist program recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); * Maintain active enrollment with the educational institution throughout the entire internship period; * Be enrolled between the 2nd and second-to-last semester of your undergraduate program; * Be available to fulfill a workload compatible with the program; * Demonstrate strong academic performance (documented); * Preferred: Participation in projects, tutoring, scientific initiation, or extracurricular activities. **Additional information** * Internship stipend; * Meals provided at the company; * Transportation allowance;
