So come get aluminumized with us! **#JoinCBA** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for all road and rail operations; development and monitoring of schedules, control of incoming and outgoing inventory. * Management of contracts with permanent and temporary suppliers, monitoring service execution, issuing RC/PC/FRS, ensuring operations remain within contracted scope. * Production backlog, calculation of dwell times, printing of controls, daily DDS, GRD for Operations and SSMA, preparation of HHT/Monthly Headcount. * Meetings with suppliers, issuing delegations (spot hiring), issuing safety tools (FF, DR, PPT, IG, emergency services in internal system). * Monitoring Licenses and Permits (renewals and compliance with requirements, ensuring annual reports are submitted to the competent authority, tracking and updating documentation in Onegreen). * Monitoring third-party occupational reports (ASO, PGR, PCMSO). * Management of site waste (packaging, collection, disposal, issuing manifests, CDF, annual inventories INEA/IBAMA). * Safety signage, Fire Extinguisher Inspections (monthly checks and annual recharges). * Surface Water Analysis: issue schedule and ensure collection and analysis of yard water; monitor and address any deviations. * Preparation of FB60, guided scope, and support for Environmental and SSMA requests. * Control of accounting and physical inventory of invoices for processed ore (ensure pile conformity, preparation for inventory measurement, etc). **Requirements and Qualifications** Administrative Technician degree.
