Register new patients and update personal information for returning patients, as well as create patient files to initiate care. Guide patients through initial procedures and clarify basic questions. Direct patients to dental offices while maintaining clinic workflow. Confirm appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, or integrated system. Answer calls, screen and organize patients, calls, and messages; respond, schedule, and send notifications via the integrated system. Reschedule appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances. Organize patient registration files and documents. Receive payments in cash, credit/debit card, or Pix, and maintain properly organized records in the cash report. Perform tasks typical of a receptionist’s daily routine.
