Specialized technical support to customers and legal proceedings * **Repair and Maintenance:** Identifies defects, replaces parts, performs repairs and maintenance on machines and equipment. * **Installation and Configuration:** Installs and configures systems, software, machines, and electrical/electronic controls. * **Customer Support:** Assists users, resolves issues (including complex ones), provides guidance on proper usage, and documents incidents. * **Support in Legal Proceedings (Technical Assistant):** In legal contexts, acts as a "party-appointed expert," assisting lawyers and clients during expert assessments, questioning expert reports, and advising on rights.
