Job Summary: Rode Rotas is seeking an analytical, organized professional with strong negotiation skills to strengthen its Purchasing team and optimize strategic operations. Key Highlights: 1. Every passenger and every kilometer traveled has a reason and an achievement behind it.** **Rode Rotas is looking for a professional to strengthen our Purchasing team and directly contribute to the efficiency of our operations. We seek an analytical, organized individual with strong negotiation skills, interested in working in a strategic department for company performance.** **Responsibilities:** * Create, quote, and track purchase orders; * Negotiate prices and monitor delivery deadlines; * Prospect suppliers and conduct strategic negotiations; * Monitor restocking needs and identify consumption patterns; * Control the daily budget allocated for purchases and payments; * Perform systemic data analysis to support decision-making; * Interact with suppliers and internal departments, ensuring clear and effective communication. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Knowledge of procurement strategies and best negotiation practices; * Experience with Excel and ERP systems; * Strong problem-solving ability; * Data analysis and decision-making capability; * Proactivity, initiative, and high emotional intelligence; * Ability to work under pressure and handle dynamic demands; * Strong interpersonal communication and supplier relationship management skills; * Knowledge of heavy-duty parts will be considered a plus. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \| Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Compensation: Starting from R$3\.508,58 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
