We are looking for a talent to fill the position of Senior Intern. **Let’s transform collaboration into results—together?** **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this role, you will work at the Equatorial GO unit \- Goiânia/GO**, and will be responsible for: Check out some of the challenges you’ll face daily: **1\. Automation Plan for DN Equipment** ------------------------------------------------- * Support the development, updating, and monitoring of the **Automation Plan for Distribution Network (DN) equipment**. * Assist in consolidating technical information on equipment, implementation status, and compliance with defined standards. * Contribute to organizing and analyzing automation-related data, ensuring traceability and consistency of information. **2\. Indicator Calculation and Campaigns** ------------------------------------------- * Support the **calculation, consolidation, and analysis of operational and strategic indicators** related to DN automation. * Assist in tracking technical campaigns, organizing data, results, and evidence. * Contribute to generating managerial and technical reports, supporting decision-making. **3\. Process Controls, Records, and Audits** ----------------------------------------------------- * Support **process record control**, ensuring standardization, updating, and organization of information. * Assist in preparing evidence for **internal and external audits**, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations. * Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities for standardization and error reduction. **4\. Support for the PAERD Process** --------------------------------- * Directly assist the **engineer responsible for the PAERD process**, performing technical, analytical, and administrative support tasks. * Support monitoring of process stages, deadlines, and deliverables. * Work under technical supervision, respecting process responsibilities and governance boundaries. **Requirements and Qualifications** For this opportunity, we expect the following from you: **Requirements and Qualifications – Internship in Automation / PAERD** **Academic Background** ---------------------- * Currently enrolled in **Electrical Engineering**, **Control and Automation Engineering**, **Automation Engineering**, **Mechatronics Engineering**, or related fields. * Expected graduation date compatible with the internship duration (minimum of 1 year available). **Technical Knowledge (Preferred)** --------------------------------------- * Basic understanding of **Electrical Systems Automation** and **Distribution Networks (DN)**. * Fundamental knowledge of **protection, supervision, and control** of electrical systems. * Familiarity with concepts of **processes, indicators, and continuous improvement**. * Basic understanding of **regulatory frameworks and processes in the electricity sector** (a plus). **Tools** --------------- * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365**, with emphasis on: * **Excel** (data analysis, tables, charts, and indicators); * **PowerPoint** (preparation of technical and managerial presentations). * Knowledge of or interest in **data and indicator analysis tools**. * Preferred familiarity with **corporate systems** and process management tools. * A plus: basic knowledge of **Power BI**, **VBA**, or programming languages supporting automation/analysis (e.g., Python). **Behavioral Skills** ------------------------------- * Analytical ability and logical reasoning. * Organization and attention to detail—especially regarding record keeping and audits. * Proactivity, technical curiosity, and eagerness to learn. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in teams. * Responsibility, ethics, and commitment to deadlines and quality. **Courses and Certifications (Preferred)** * Courses in **Automation**, **Power Electrical Systems**, **Distribution Networks**, or **Protection**. * Courses in **Advanced Excel**, **Power BI**, or **Data Analysis**. * Training in **quality, processes, or management** (e.g., PDCA, indicators, BPM). * Technical certifications or extracurricular courses in the electrical or automation field. **Additional Information** **Why Apply:** Joining Grupo Equatorial means becoming part of an expanding company with a culture that values continuous development, diversity of talent, and commitment to the future.
