ARCHITECTURE ANALYST

Job Summary: Design innovative and sustainable architectural and urban planning projects, conduct feasibility analyses, and support the development of master plans. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the development of new products and solutions. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design architectural and urban planning projects aligned with client needs, technical standards, and environmental considerations. * Conduct feasibility studies and analyses for urban and regional project development. * Create innovative and sustainable solutions for urban spaces, prioritizing energy efficiency, accessibility, and quality of life. * Assist in developing urban master plans and other territorial planning instruments. **ACTIVITIES:** * Support the preparation and revision of technical drawings, floor plans, sections, and façades using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent software. * Develop digital mock-ups, 3D models, and graphic presentations. * Perform on-site surveys and measurements when necessary. * Organize documents, project folders, digital files, and updates. * Assist in assembling presentation boards, descriptive memoranda, and technical reports. * Maintain clear communication with the team to ensure organization and timely delivery. * Assist in project approval processes with competent authorities. * Participate in the development of new products and solutions. **DESIRABLE COMPETENCIES:** * Knowledge of technical standards and legislation related to construction and urban planning. * Proficiency in drawing and 3D modeling software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, among others). * Systemic vision and ability to integrate urban, social, and environmental aspects into projects. * Creativity and focus on sustainable solutions. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams. * Organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. * Experience in architectural and urban planning projects (preferred). * Familiarity with industry-specific software.
