We’re confident that day after day, we’re building the future we envision—and that future is embodied in our purpose: **“building dreams that transform the world.”** Join us as **#GreenBlood!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor work across various construction site operations; * Conduct quantity takeoffs, read technical drawings, prepare reports and daily site logs; * Assist in quality control and organization of construction documentation; * Work side-by-side with the responsible engineer, learning from day-to-day project management and construction oversight. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Civil Production Engineering, or Production Engineering; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Availability to work either 4 or 6 hours per day; * Expected start date: Feb/2026 **Additional Information** * 4-hour stipend – BRL 1,150.00 * 6-hour stipend – BRL 1,700.00 * Meal voucher * Birthday leave (a day off during your birthday month) * Physical activity incentive program * Mental health support program * Personalized training and career acceleration program * Discount platform We understand dreams.
