Event Producer

We are *Soccer Hospitality Holding*, the most modern company in luxury suites and hospitality in Brazil, and we have an opening for ***Event Producer*** at *Rooftop Dunas,* located inside the Dunas Arena in **Natal/RN**. For this position, we are seeking experienced producers to excellently manage event deliveries with open bar and open food during match days, concerts, and other venue events. This professional will be responsible for pre-production tasks including: preparing budgets, identifying new suppliers based on service quality and cost-effectiveness, hiring and scheduling freelancers, inventory management, cleaning, purchasing, timelines, and more. Additionally, they will oversee all on-site event execution and team management. They will also be responsible for post-event closure, including financial spreadsheet controls, cost reports, payment tracking, etc. We are looking for candidates with field production experience, proven A\&B experience, strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and problem-solving under pressure. Candidates without A\&B experience or without hands-on event-day delivery experience will not be considered for this role. Strong communication skills (verbal and written), people management, negotiation abilities, and interpersonal skills will support daily performance in this role. Familiarity with planning tools and Microsoft Office suite (for creating spreadsheets and schedules) is also important.
