Assist in dish preparation, including for events. Possess knowledge of and be able to prepare all menu items. Perform mise en place for vegetables and produce. Monitor food expiration dates and proper storage. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Support the team to ensure efficiency and service quality. Perform other duties relevant to the position. Previous experience as Chef de Cozinha, Assistant Cook, Restaurant Cook, or Buffet Cook may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. High school diploma required.
