SDR - Sales Development Representative

**Job Description:** We are looking for an SDR to join our sales team, directly responsible for lead qualification and initial contact with potential customers. We seek a communicative, organized, and proactive professional who is comfortable interacting with people and interested in developing a career in sales. **Job Conditions:** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Compensation: BRL 1,800.00 \+ allowance \+ commission * Work model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) * Location: Setor Oeste – Goiânia/GO * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including lunch break * No work on Saturdays **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Ability to interact effectively with customers and resolve initial inquiries; * Proactivity and teamwork skills; * Basic knowledge of customer service tools or CRM systems is a plus; * Prior experience in customer service, sales, or pre-sales is a plus; * Availability to start immediately. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct initial contact with customers and leads; * Filter and qualify potential customers; * Schedule meetings for the sales team; * Update information in system/CRM; * Support tracking of commercial opportunities; * Assist with administrative tasks within the sales department. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in customer service, inside sales, or as an SDR; * Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems. **Growth Path:** * Opportunity for internal development and advancement based on performance; * Potential for career progression within the sales function, with role and compensation adjustments.
