Collaboration in site cleanup and organization **ELO Telecom is hiring Construction Assistants for infrastructure projects, with a focus on field activities related to highway drainage and asphalt paving.** **The professional will support operational teams in excavation, paving, and finishing tasks, ensuring safe and efficient progress of construction works.** **Requirements:** * Experience in highway construction or asphalt paving is a plus; * Good physical stamina and ability to work in a team; * Commitment, discipline, and responsibility; * Availability for travel and accommodation in company-provided lodging (30–60 days, depending on the project). * Assist in **asphalt paving activities**, such as road preparation, cleaning, leveling, and asphalt mix application; * Support **trench opening and closing** for conduit installation; * Assist in **transporting and handling construction materials and equipment**; * Participate in **assembly and disassembly of temporary structures**; * Collaborate in **site cleanup and organization**; * Strictly comply with **safety regulations** and use **mandatory PPE**; * Perform other related duties as directed by the supervisor.
