Work environment that values communication and teamwork **Responsibilities:** * Provide support to computer network users; * Perform hardware and software equipment assembly, repairs, and configurations; * Provide remote support to employees and computers located in branch offices. **Competencies:** * Knowledge of Windows installation and configuration, computer formatting, maintenance and installation of essential software; * Scanner and printer installation; * Basic knowledge of networking equipment; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (usage and installation); * Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a team; * Bachelor's or technical degree preferred (completed or in progress). **Compensation Structure:** * Fixed salary + Cost-of-living allowance + Benefits. **Benefits include:** * Career development plan; * Health and dental insurance subsidy; * Life insurance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Location:** Jardim Goiás, Goiânia - GO.
