Job Summary: We are seeking a data analyst with a strong analytical profile and passion for data to work in the Controller area, transforming data into strategic insights to optimize processes. This position will be essential in transforming data into strategic insights, supporting decision-making, and increasing the efficiency of financial and operational processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports that support decision-making; * Automate reports and routine tasks, ensuring greater efficiency, agility, and reliability in deliverables; * Consolidate and analyze financial and operational information to support monthly closings; * Structure, organize, and maintain integrated databases (ERP and auxiliary systems); * Ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of data used in analyses; * Support the Controller area in generating strategic insights and analyses; * Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation; * Collaborate with internal departments, translating data into business-relevant information. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in data analysis, controller functions, or finance-related areas; * Advanced Excel skills; * **Power BI proficiency is essential (dashboard creation and data modeling);** * Knowledge of Power Query and DAX; * Knowledge of SQL; * **Must reside in Goiânia/GO or its metropolitan region.** **Additional Information** * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * TotalPass or Wellhub; * Birthday Day Off.
