FCamara is looking for a Senior Kotlin Backend Developer to partner with Brazil's top digital bank—voted #1 in the 4th edition of the CanalTech Awards. This company offers a comprehensive digital banking platform featuring products such as a free checking account, a customized credit card, and fixed- and variable-income investment options. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Solve technical problems. * Adhere to policies and processes defined by C6. * Write unit, functional, and performance tests following Quality guidelines. * Resolve production issues impacting customers. * Instrument applications to extract performance metrics, operational logs, and telemetry data. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Kotlin programming language; * Docker containerization platform; * Kubernetes container orchestration; * Apigee and Node.js platforms (server-side management). **Soft Skills:** * Clear and concise communication skills; * Team-oriented mindset and conflict resolution ability; * Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams; * Creativity and proactivity to anticipate diverse application usage scenarios. **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience with Java; * Familiarity with the Spring Boot framework; * Experience in Microservices Architecture; * Strong software development practices—TDD, DDD, and Clean Code; * Proficiency in Agile frameworks: SCRUM and KANBAN; * AWS EC2 virtual server instantiation experience; * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases; * HTTP protocol experience; * GIT Flow code management experience. **Additional Information** **Here, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, standing side-by-side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
