Job Summary: Full-time Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation, maintain kitchen organization, and comply with hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Working in an environment requiring strict hygiene and safety standards **EMPÓRIO PIQUIRAS BOUGAINVILLE / HIRING** 02 FULL-TIME KITCHEN ASSISTANT POSITIONS **Salary:** BRL 1,976.00 + 11% attendance bonus (BRL 217.36) + Transportation Allowance + Commission sharing among all employees (average of BRL 250.00 per month) + On-site meals + Night shift allowance. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Sunday (4 days off per month, including 1 Sunday per month according to rotating schedule) **Working Hours:** 02 positions: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM **Break:** 1 hour **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation (ingredient washing, cutting, sorting, and portioning); * Support the cook/chef during meal production; * Perform **kitchen cleaning and organization**, including countertops, equipment, and work areas; * Carry out **washing of utensils, dishes, pots, and equipment**, keeping them clean and organized; * Monitor and organize supplies, assisting in proper food storage; * Strictly adhere to hygiene, food safety, and PPE usage regulations; * Assist in proper waste disposal; * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace during and after operations. Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level)
