Supervision and support of the kitchen team PRODUCTION ASSISTANT \- COOK Job Description: Work Location: Biscoitos Pereira \- Jardim Goiás \- Goiânia Job Responsibilities: * Prepare dishes, portions, sauces, and side dishes according to the menu; * Food preparation: Wash, cut, season, and prepare ingredients for cooking; * Cooking: Use various techniques such as baking, frying, grilling, and sautéing to prepare dishes; * Plating and presentation: Finalize dishes and meal boxes, ensuring visually appealing presentation; * Hygiene and safety: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment, complying with food safety standards; * Inventory management: Receive goods, verify available ingredient quantities, request restocking when necessary, receive merchandise, sort and organize; * Menu planning: In some cases, suggest or develop new dishes and menus; * Organize ingredients, utensils, and equipment before and after preparation; * Monitor portion control and waste; * Portion meal boxes for employees; * Supervise assistants and support daily kitchen operations; * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the preparation area; * Follow technical specifications and time/temperature standards; * Maintain company equipment and assets; * Perform other duties related to this position. **Competencies and Skills:** Completed elementary education. Organization and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team. Physical agility and responsibility. Punctuality and responsibility. Experience as a cook. Working Hours: Monday through Saturday, with a 2-hour daily break. Working hours are from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday, and from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Saturdays. Sundays off.
