Operate the juice decanter, taking actions aimed at removing clear juice by controlling tray levels. Remove sludge containing existing impurities (soil, bagasse, among others), checking concentration and sending these impurities via pumps to the filtration area. Perform dosing and adjustment of polymer flow for the decantation process, aiming to concentrate impurities and reduce the amount of juice in the sludge. Conduct daily inspections of the filtration system, verifying if the process is operating normally. When working at the Otavio Lage unit, monitor the operation of automatic systems such as pH meters, pre-liming dosing, sulfur, and final liming, evaluating, according to predefined guidelines, information analyzed by the laboratory. When working at the Otávio Lage unit, verify the operation of equipment relevant to the process, monitoring their performance and cleanliness.
