You could be one of them! **Job Description** You will manage requests for issuing tax invoices (NF-e and NFS-e), prioritize tasks, and validate received information to ensure electronic tax documents are issued legally and within deadlines agreed upon with internal customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor receipt of tax invoice issuance requests. * Review the Material Tax Invoice (NF-e) issuance request form to ensure it contains all required data and information for document issuance. * Verify received information against Ferro-Nickel (FeNi) billing order data. * Issue Electronic Tax Invoices (NF-e). * Review issued NF-e documents to ensure compliance with legislation. * Submit daily dispatch reports. * Investigate reasons for electronic tax invoice rejections to identify and correct user or system errors. * Support tax authorities’ requests, including XML retrieval of issued invoices. * Assist internal customers in resolving questions related to tax document issuance. **Qualifications** **Profile we seek for this position:** * Completed High School education; * Preferably pursuing undergraduate studies in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. * Intermediate ERP and Office Suite proficiency; * Basic knowledge of SAP and Aspect systems; * Basic understanding of tax legislation (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, and IPI); * Basic knowledge of the Tax Reform is desirable; * Availability to work on a 3x3 shift schedule (12-hour shifts). **Additional Information** **Why join our team?** We are a company committed to turning our beliefs and values into reality.
