Calculate labor taxes such as DCTF WEB and FGTS DIGITAL. Manage vacation calculations based on acquisition periods. Assist with termination calculations when required. Supervise timekeeping control, leave management, and provide employee support. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Development Analyst, Human Resources Consultant, or Human Resources Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
