Assist in organizing the department and forwarding samples Phlebotomist Position Description: We are looking for a Phlebotomist to collect blood from patients, ensuring careful, safe, and organized patient care. Registers and identifies patients and samples, prepares necessary materials, and maintains a clean and orderly environment. Guides patients before and during procedures, aiming to provide comfort and tranquility. Also assists in organizing the department and forwarding samples for analysis. Responsibilities: * Collect blood and other bodily fluids, ensuring sample quality. * Strictly follow workplace safety and hygiene procedures. * Maintain control and records of collected samples and dispatch them for analysis. * Guide patients regarding the collection procedure. * Monitor and supervise the quality of materials and equipment used in collections. * Train new staff; when necessary, provide support for administrative and customer service tasks, including assisting with budget preparation and supporting client communication. Requirements: * Experience in blood collection. * Knowledge of biosafety standards. * Ability to work in a team and follow established protocols.
