Job Summary: We are seeking a Seamstress to manufacture and finish post-surgical body shapers and girdles, operating various machines and participating in different production stages. Key Highlights: 1. Experience sewing girdles and post-surgical body shapers. 2. Operation of straight, overlock, zig-zag, and triple-stitch machines. 3. Involvement in various production stages with a focus on finishing. **Position: Seamstress (01 vacancy)** **Segment:** Post-surgical body shapers and girdles **Location:** St. Bueno, Goiânia – GO **Job Responsibilities:** * Sewing girdles and post-surgical body shapers. * Machine operation: straight, overlock, zig-zag, and triple-stitch. * Execution of high-quality finishing work. * Participation in various stages of garment production (not fixed to a single machine). * Support in adjustments, assembly, and finalization of garments. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a seamstress. * Primary education or higher. * Proficiency in various types of sewing machines (straight, overlock, zig-zag, and triple-stitch). * Preferred: experience with girdles, body shapers, or similar items. * Skill in finishing work and attention to detail. * Ability to adapt easily to different production stages. **Behavioral Profile:** We seek an organized, responsible, and detail-oriented candidate, with agility in task execution, commitment to routines, and ease working in teams. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Compensation:** R$ 1.744,10 + 5% productivity bonus + 5% attendance bonus + task-based gratification + special function bonus + transportation allowance Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary Range: R$1.744,10 – R$2.680,97 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience operating straight, overlock, zig-zag, and triple-stitch machines?
