Join our team! **Main Responsibilities** Install, maintain, and support network infrastructure (fiber optic, radio, and structured cabling); Perform fiber optic cable laying and splicing; Configure network equipment (routers, switches, ONUs/ONTs); Identify and resolve network faults; Conduct tests and measurements using specialized equipment (OTDR, power meter, etc.); Support the implementation of new network projects; Ensure continuous operation of telecommunications services; Complete technical reports and service orders; Serve customers when required (on-site or remotely); Follow safety regulations, especially those related to working at heights and electricity. **Requirements:** Completed high school (technical education in Telecommunications, Networking, or related fields preferred); Prior experience with telecommunications infrastructure; Knowledge of fiber optics (cable laying, splicing, and testing); Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, basic equipment configuration); Availability for fieldwork and work at heights; Valid driver's license (Class B); Basic computer literacy. **Preferred Qualifications** Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., networking, fiber optics, NR10, NR35) Experience with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) Knowledge of GPON technologies Experience in technical customer support
