Opportunity for organized and proactive professionals We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive individual to work as an Office Assistant, supporting the company's financial and administrative routines. The professional will be responsible for cash flow activities, issuing invoices, bank account control, and customer collections, as well as providing general support to other departments when necessary. Main Responsibilities: • Recording income and expenses in the system (cash and bank control); • Issuing and verifying invoices; • Customer collections and payment follow-up; • Organizing documents and reports; • Telephone support and assistance to the technical team; • Supporting general administrative tasks (e.g., organizing the workplace, assisting with materials and supplies, and other ad-hoc requests). Requirements: • Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is preferred); • Basic knowledge of finance and invoice issuance; • Proficiency in Excel and fast typing skills; • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn; • Collaborative and responsible attitude.
