Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation An accounting firm is seeking a Human Resources Analyst in Senador Canedo. **Responsibilities:** Carry out admission, dismissal, and termination procedures. Process and verify payroll. Manage the electronic time clock, work schedule, and hour bank. Calculate and administer vacations, 13th salary, and leaves of absence. Calculate and validate labor charges. Submit and verify information in eSocial, EFD\-Reinf, and DCTFWeb. Support employees and clarify work-related issues. Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Coordinator, or Human Resources Assistant may indicate suitability for some activities in this position.
