Job Summary: The professional will manage and optimize production processes, ensuring efficiency and continuous flow in the factory. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in metallurgical processes 2. Coordination and optimization of production flow 3. On-site support and supervision on the factory floor **Location:** GO 070 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 42-minute break **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering; * Knowledge of metallurgical processes; * Ability to read and interpret production orders. **Responsibilities:** * Verify orders in the system and align priorities with PCP (Production Control and Planning); * Identify orders with imminent deadlines and organize production accordingly; * Monitor orders on the factory floor and address potential bottlenecks; * Distribute work orders to machine operators; * Support machine operations when necessary; * Ensure smooth production process flow; * Monitor completion and verification of parts in the system; * Monitor machine operation and report preventive and corrective maintenance needs. Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
