We are seeking an **Infrastructure Supervisor** to lead construction teams, ensuring achievement of quality, productivity, cost, and schedule targets in accordance with the strategic plan, always emphasizing safety, organization, and a positive team atmosphere.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Ensure compliance with current procedures and projects;
* Plan, monitor, and inspect all infrastructure services;
* Monitor execution of services performed by in-house and outsourced teams;
* Train in-house and outsourced teams on operational activities;
* Manage the training matrix for direct reports;
* Measure infrastructure services;
* Allocate staff according to site requirements;
* Address performance indicator deviations;
* Monitor inspections conducted by Caixa, Compesa, CPRH, Municipal Government, and Neoenergia;
* Request and monitor material deliveries;
* Maintain company-provided tools and equipment;
* Supervise the surveying team’s services;
* Conduct 5S patrols;
* Ensure employee safety per internal procedures;
* Issue budgetary addenda when necessary;
* Plan activities based on the strategic plan;
* Provide continuous feedback to direct reports;
* Manage budgets for service fronts under responsibility.
**Requirements**
* Completed technical education in Building Construction, Sanitation, or Roads;
* Minimum of 6 months of experience in the field.
**Preferred Qualification**
* Ongoing undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering.
