Job Summary: Professional to lead and manage electrician teams, supervise services, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of production indicators and operational systems **Responsibilities**: Supervise and manage electrician teams. Oversee the execution of performed services. Conduct Operational DESCs. Send and receive customer service order requests. Perform administrative tasks. Conduct field inspections, monitor production indicators, and oversee systems such as Ponto, Solis, Performance, SAP, among others. Ensure electrician teams comply with safety regulations. Monitor compliance with obligations related to material withdrawal, delivery, and application, assessing potential non-conformities. Track delivery of resources by required sub-departments for activity execution, such as warehouse, fleet, and SESMT. **Requirements:** Technical education in electricity and/or Electrical Engineering technician qualification. Experience leading teams.
