





**Internship activities:** Prepare and conduct corrosion tests in the laboratory (immersion, salt spray, electrochemical); Assist in preparing metallic samples and chemical solutions, following safety standards; Collect, organize, and analyze experimental data using software and technical standards (ASTM, ABNT, ISO); Support the preparation of technical reports, photographic records, and internal presentations of results; Contribute to laboratory organization and maintenance, including reagent, equipment, and documentation control. **Field of activity:** Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Metallurgy, or related fields **Work format:** In-person **Number of positions:** 01 **Eligible majors:** Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Metallurgy, or related fields **Academic year:** 4th or 5th year **English proficiency:** Intermediate level **Requirements:** Basic knowledge of chemical or materials laboratories. Familiarity with measurement instruments (pH meter, analytical balance, microscope, etc.). Interest in corrosion, metallurgy, and materials characterization. Basic computer skills (proficiency in data analysis software is a plus). Technical English for reading standards and scientific literature is desirable. **Personal competencies:** * Attention to detail and adherence to technical and safety standards. * Ability to organize and systematically record data. * Willingness to learn and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. **Internship schedule:** To be arranged; 120 hours per month. **Stipend amount:** R$ 17.77/hour
