Join our team!** **What will you do?** * Manage plant Facilities operations, including building maintenance, cleaning and preservation, and asset security; * Develop management reports to monitor Facilities operational performance, report key area KPIs, and propose new indicators as needed; * Develop project schedules; * Analyze and control expenses related to Facilities services, materials, and contracts; * Plan, analyze, and control Facilities projects and CAPEX investments; * Conduct weekly meetings to align on non-conformities and present action plans to ensure continuous improvement of delivered services; * Plan and monitor the plant's Facilities budget. **What does Lear expect from you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in facilities management; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; * SAP system knowledge is a plus.
