




Job Summary: Professional responsible for building, testing, and fine-tuning the first physical prototype of each new product, transforming technical drawings into tangible reality. Identify defects and suggest practical improvements **IMMEDIATE** hiring of a professional who enjoys transforming technical drawings into physical reality, serving as the bridge between the Design/Engineering team and the production line, and is responsible for building, testing, and fine-tuning the first physical prototype of each new product. **Your Responsibilities:** * Build physical prototypes from scratch at the workbench; * Read and interpret complex technical drawings; * Operate conventional machinery (saws, grinders, MIG welding machines, etc.) and manual measuring tools; * Identify design flaws during execution and suggest practical improvements; * Perform fine adjustments, finishing, and final assembly of parts; * Develop jigs and fixtures for production after approval; **Technical Requirements:** * Proven experience in **workbench operations** (metalworking as a toolmaker/fitter or development carpentry). * Knowledge of design and metrology (linear measurements, radii, angles, etc.); * Full proficiency with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, squares). * Skill in joining processes (welding or fitting/adhesive bonding). * Problem-solving mindset: "If the design has an issue, you find the practical solution." **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) for reference only. * Experience working with diverse materials (metals, polymers, or wood).Prerequisites: **Industry experience** Main activities: **Development of metallurgical and furniture products, fabrication of prototypes for laboratory analysis, and creation of production jigs and fixtures.** Main responsibilities: **Model Construction:** Fabrication of full-scale (1:1\) prototypes using wood, wood-based panels (MDF, MDP), metals, or plastics. **Technical Drawing Interpretation:** Interpret detailed drawings and 3D models created by furniture designers or engineers. **Production Adjustments:** Identify flaws in the original design and propose modifications to facilitate mass production or reduce costs. **Jig and Fixture Creation:** Develop molds and clamping devices to be used later on the production line.
