We seek a consultant with expertise in GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps to lead CI/CD, DevSecOps, and pipeline modernization initiatives. Here, you will serve as the technical reference on high-impact projects, contributing innovation, security, and efficiency across the software lifecycle. **Together we do what matters.** Skills and experiences * Proven experience with GitHub Enterprise, with strong expertise in GitHub Actions. * Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts). * Proficiency in CI/CD and SDLC. * Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash. * Experience with package management tools like NuGet, npm, pip, and Maven. * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, Pulumi). * Proficiency in at least one programming language: .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js. Experience integrating security, compliance, and quality into pipelines. Differentials * Experience with GitHub Copilot. * Experience with QA and automated testing tools. * Knowledge of code analysis and code quality tools such as SonarQube, ESLint, and Coverlet. * Experience with security tools including GitHub Advanced Security, SAST/DAST, Dependabot, and WhiteSource. * Experience with container and microservices technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Service Mesh, and API Gateways. * AI integrations applied to DevOps and SDLC. * GitHub and Azure DevOps certifications. Experience in large-scale enterprise projects. * Knowledge of Platform Engineering. Support pipeline migrations across platforms such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins to GitHub. * Implement DevOps, DevSecOps, versioning, and repository governance practices. * Automate processes using scripts such as PowerShell and Bash. * Integrate pipelines with package management, testing, code quality, monitoring, and security tools. * Contribute to technical documentation, workshops, and team enablement.
