Job Summary: Lead the technical development and evolution of Java solutions, ensuring excellence and alignment with Capgemini standards. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end involvement in the development lifecycle, from conception to implementation Main Responsibilities Serve as a Java technical reference, leading the design, development, and evolution of solutions aligned with Capgemini clients' business needs. Ensure technical excellence of deliverables by promoting sound software engineering practices, architecture, security, performance, and scalability. Drive technical and architectural decisions, ensuring alignment with Capgemini Group standards, frameworks, and guidelines. Provide technical leadership to development teams, fostering collaboration, autonomy, and high performance. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, standardization, and adherence to best practices. Support resolution of complex technical challenges through proactive, solution-oriented approaches. Work collaboratively with architects, analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Participate in the full development lifecycle—from conception through implementation and application maintenance. Ensure adoption and evolution of Java ecosystem technologies (e.g., Java, Spring, Spring Boot, APIs, JPA/Hibernate), as well as CI/CD practices and test automation.
