Intervene in focus groups to propose pedagogical actions Colégio GGE \| Recife \- PE \| In-person Job Description Ensure compliance with the school's disciplinary regulations, as established in the student handbook, addressing all behavioral aspects and guiding students to develop critical thinking, thereby fostering self-awareness regarding their actions and decisions, cultivating students committed to their knowledge-building process and citizens aware of their rights and responsibilities—active participants in building a fairer society—while supporting the construction of holistic education. Responsibilities and Duties Monitor student entry, exit, recess, and behavior, supporting teachers both inside classrooms and across school spaces; Record absences, tardiness, and pedagogical notes in the V4 system and the AFA tool; Support teaching management, including substituting absent teachers and providing pedagogical guidance; Attend to students, parents, and teachers, making referrals to SOEP and coordinations when necessary; Analyze AFA and V4 data to identify behavioral patterns and formative indicators; Create, monitor, and intervene in focus groups, proposing pedagogical actions to improve formative indicators; Motivate students to participate in school projects and follow up on established pedagogical actions. Requirements and Qualifications Completed higher education Fields of Study: Education / Teaching / Languages Experience: Experience working in teams; Experience with school routines. Intermediate computer skills.
