Practical experience in the construction industry **Position located in Farroupilha/RS** The Engineering Analyst plays an essential role in ensuring alignment among planning, execution, and delivery of the project, contributing to project success with efficiency and quality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support construction team management and training of interns and assistants; * Plan and control materials, supplies, and services for the construction site; * Monitor execution, quality, safety, and project performance indicators; * Participate in weekly, medium-term, and financial planning; * Conduct measurements, technological control, and third-party monitoring; * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and management platforms. **Requirements:** * Completed or final-stage Civil Engineering degree; * Experience at construction sites; * Strong organizational and communication skills; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Availability to work on-site. **We Offer:** * Practical experience in the construction industry; * Opportunity for professional growth; * Dynamic work environment. **Job Details:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:15 AM to 11:45 AM and 1:00 PM to 5:50 PM * Friday working hours end at 3:50 PM.
