Job Summary: A professional responsible for operating and maintaining production machines, performing adjustments, inspections, and minor repairs, as well as monitoring the production process and controlling materials. Proficiency in computer skills and technical standards * Operate elastic production machinery. * Cut, staple, package, assemble, and sort extenders * Inspect, activate, calibrate, and configure machines and equipment * Test machine and equipment functionality * Interpret operational technical standards * Interpret production reports * Request materials and supplies * Adjust dimensions * Modify configurations * Identify defects * Lubricate and adjust machines and equipment * Perform minor repairs * Request maintenance and monitor machines and equipment * Staple, package, and assemble extenders * Control extender inflow and outflow * Schedule extender production * Monitor process development * Monitor and verify material quantities on the production line * Re-feed the production line * Computer proficiency (Office suite) * Comply with internal regulations, company standards, and procedures * Work in accordance with quality, safety, and organizational technical standards and procedures.
