Job Summary: The professional will operate elastic production machines, inspect and calibrate equipment, control production, and monitor processes to ensure quality and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and calibration of elastic production machines. 2. Control and monitoring of production processes. 3. Quality assurance and compliance with technical standards. * Operate elastic production machines * Cut, staple, package, assemble, and sort extenders * Inspect, activate, calibrate, and configure machines and equipment * Test machine and equipment functionality * Interpret operational technical standards * Interpret production reports * Request materials and supplies * Adjust dimensions * Change configurations * Identify defects * Lubricate and adjust machines and equipment * Perform minor repairs * Request maintenance and monitor machines and equipment * Staple, package, and assemble extenders * Control extender inflow and outflow * Program extender production * Monitor process development * Monitor and verify material quantities on the production line * Re-feed the production line * Computer literacy (Office suite) * Adhere to internal regulations, company policies, and procedures * Work in accordance with quality, safety, and organization technical standards and procedures.
