**Responsibilities and duties**
* In-person customer service at branches and telephone support via 0800;
* Coverage of Energisa Sul Sudeste branch offices;
* Internal support through handling information related to products, services, and specific systems of respective departments.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency;
* Driver’s license AB.
Desirable: Experience in customer service.
