




**Main responsibilities:** Assist in controlling the company's inventory logistics, replenishment needs, storage, product and material expiration dates, and usage. **Expected results:** Ensure proper storage and control criteria for stocked items according to unit demands and quality processes. Receive, verify, classify, and store incoming goods according to Inspection Report (Receiving x invoice x physical product); Perform monthly stock counts (Inventory) and report changes in average consumption for purchase review and adjustment; Check and monitor raw material expiration dates, organize goods according to expiration date using PEPS method; Pick raw materials and supply São Roque units and external customers; Carry out external deliveries of supplies to regional units; Fill out purchase request inventories for units; Occasionally perform stock adjustments and inventory checks for units in the Bebedouro region. Perform temperature monitoring of refrigerators; Control raw material temperatures for quality assurance and ensure the physical integrity of stored goods; Assist in requesting building maintenance services for units, contacting and receiving service providers; Update asset management records: registrations, entries, disposals, and transfers across units; Report incidents to the quality department through notifications – non-conformance reports; Perform shipping and package pickups at postal offices; Pay bills and carry out various external services; Safely and promptly collect and transport biological materials; Deliver inventory and supply materials to other units and hospitals.
