And now you can also be part of this team! **Position:** Store Manager (Votuporanga, SP) **Responsibilities:** Manage store routines, being responsible for operational results; Monitor inventory, cash handling, and sales management processes; Oversee after-sales processes; Perform routine analysis of performance indicators and develop action plans to achieve monthly targets; Plan and propose improvements to internal processes and team performance; Lead team management focused on achieving goals; Responsible for managerial processes related to promotions, hiring, and dismissals. Conduct training programs to enhance and improve team capabilities. Ensure visual standardization of stores (merchandising and layout). **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields preferred; Previous experience in a management role overseeing approximately 20 employees; Experience in Fashion, Apparel, or Footwear Retail preferred; Experience in online sales (advantageous); **Knowledge of financial products:** credit cards, insurance, interest rates (advantageous). Experience in recruitment and selection; Skill in conflict management; Preferred behavioral skills: communicative, strategic, motivated, and engaged.
